David Clarke CFA is the policy director and founder of the Scottish Irish Finance Initiative. A marketing expert, commentator, writer and consultant for the investment management sector and the wider finance industry, he was previously a reporter, editor and editor-at-large for Bloomberg News, a writer of thought leadership for the investment industry and head of marketing in a financial regulation business. He serves on a number of working groups for the CFA Society of the UK and is Vice Chairman of the European Movement in Scotland.
