Henry joined Open Europe in 2017 having worked as a special adviser to Michael Gove in the Ministry of Justice and Francis Maude in the Cabinet Office. Open Europe is a think tank specialising in UK and EU Relations. He has taught politics at the School of Oriental and African Studies and elsewhere, and studied at the University of Oxford, Harvard University, and the London School of Economics.
