Georgina O’Leary is the Director of Global Compozed Labs and Claims Technology at Allstate Northern Ireland, a global in-house center with over 2,300 employees that delivers technology solutions to Allstate Insurance, the largest publicly held property and casualty insurer in North America.

Georgina has over 20 years’ experience in technology businesses from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, and has expertise in leading and transforming organizations to become digital enterprises. Georgina has led university engagements, hackathons, and external engagements for Allstate as a highly accomplished technologist.

In May 2018 Georgina was appointed as the UK government’s new fintech envoy for Northern Ireland.  In this role Georgina is responsible for promoting Northern Ireland’s thriving fintech sector and championing it as a place for firms to develop and grow their business.
