Distinguished Fellow and Senior Cyber Adviser, RUSI
Conrad Prince is a Distinguished Fellow at the leading UK defence and security think tank the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI). He is RUSI’s senior cyber advisor and works with the RUSI cyber programme to take forward research into public policy issues relating to cyber security. The current focus of this work is exploring the shape of the future national approach to cyber security in the UK, once the present UK national cyber security strategy reaches its end date of 2021.
Prior to joining RUSI, Conrad was the UK government’s Cyber Security Ambassador. In this role he provided strategic advice to a number of the UK’s international partners on establishing national cyber security strategies and programmes. He additionally had a senior leadership role on the government’s agenda to build a strong UK cyber security ecosystem including through helping to develop the UK cyber industry and taking steps to address the cyber skills gap.
